How to use potentiometric titrator for titration analysis
A. Install the titration device, insert the silicone tubes at both ends of the solenoid valve into the joints of the burette and the drip tube.
B. Insert the solenoid valve into the jack at the back of the instrument, and add the standard solution into the burette.
C. Press the "quick drop" button to adjust the solenoid valve screw to make the standard liquid flow down and drive away all the air bubbles in the liquid path.
D. Press the "slow drop" button, and adjust the solenoid valve screw to make the slow drop rate about 0.02ml per drop.
E. Fill up the standard solution again, and press the short drop button to adjust the standard solution in the buret to zero.
F. Set the selector switch to the "preset" position, adjust the preset potentiometer to the end potential value of the solution dropped by the user, the mv value and the PH value are common, if the end potential is -800mv, adjust the end potentiometer so that the digital display is -800, if the end point potential is 8.5PH, adjust the end point potentiometer so that the digital display is 850.
G. After the end point potential is preset, the selector switch should be set to mv or PH according to the requirements of use, and the "preset" potentiometer can no longer be moved at this time.
H. When the user is doing titration analysis, in order to ensure the titration accuracy, the end point cannot be reached in advance and the titration time should not be too long. When the burette solution is straight through the dripping liquid, short drops of the titrant solution (about 0.02ml each time) gradually approach the end point when it is close to the end point, and stop dripping when it reaches the end point (±3mv or ±0.03PH), with a delay of about 20 seconds, and the potential does not change. Return means that the end point indicator light is on and the buzzer sounds.
