PH Electrode

The pH Electrode is a sensor used to measure the pH of a solution. The pH Electrode is based on the Nernst equation, which is the relationship between the electrode potential and the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution. When the pH Electrode is inserted into a solution, the surface of the glass membrane reacts with the hydrogen ions in the solution to produce a potential difference that is related to the pH value of the solution.
